These No-Peek Beef Tips are fall-apart tender, simmered slowly in a savory mushroom gravy with zero fuss. Just mix, cover, and bake โ€” no peeking, no stirring, just juicy beef in a rich, flavorful sauce!

๐Ÿฅฉ 2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin tips, cubed
๐Ÿง… 1 small onion, chopped
๐Ÿฅซ 1 packet brown gravy mix
๐Ÿฅซ 1 packet onion soup mix
๐Ÿฅซ 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
๐Ÿฅซ 1 1/2 cups water or beef broth
๐Ÿท Optional: 1/4 cup red wine for richness
๐ŸŒฟ Optional garnish: parsley or green onions

1๏ธโƒฃ Preheat Oven:
Preheat to 300ยฐF (150ยฐC).

2๏ธโƒฃ Mix It Up:
In a large bowl, whisk together brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, and water (and wine, if using) until smooth.

3๏ธโƒฃ Layer It:
Place cubed beef and chopped onions in a 9×13″ baking dish or foil pan. Pour the gravy mixture over the beef and stir to coat.

4๏ธโƒฃ Seal & Bake:
Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 2.5 hours โ€” do not open the oven or remove foil during baking!

Remove from oven, stir, and serve over mashed potatoes, rice, egg noodles, or buttered bread.
