- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 1β2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
