⭐ Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies), undrained
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
- Optional: parsley or crushed Ritz for topping
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Layer the Slow Cooker:
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Top with cream of chicken soup, Rotel, cream cheese, chicken broth, and seasonings.
2️⃣ Cook Until Tender:
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
3️⃣ Shred & Stir:
Once cooked, shred the chicken right in the slow cooker using two forks.
Add in cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
4️⃣ Add the Spaghetti:
Stir in your cooked spaghetti until fully coated in that cheesy goodness.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
