- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken or turkey
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tsp thyme or poultry seasoning (optional)
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits (or 6–8 homemade biscuits)

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ In a large oven-safe skillet or pot, melt butter and sauté onion and garlic until soft (about 4–5 mins).
3️⃣ Stir in frozen vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.
4️⃣ Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir to coat. Cook for 1 minute.
5️⃣ Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened (5–7 mins).
6️⃣ Stir in chicken, season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
7️⃣ Remove from heat and top with biscuit dough, spacing evenly.
8️⃣ Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
