πŸ“ Ingredients

  • 2 small yellow squash, thinly sliced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2️⃣ Arrange squash slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.

3️⃣ Sprinkle each round lightly with salt and pepper, then top with a generous pinch of Parmesan cheese.

4️⃣ Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.

5️⃣ Let cool slightly, then serve warm as a snack or side!
