🍍 Mini Pineapple Upside Down Cakes – Sweet, Fruity & Totally Adorable!

These mini pineapple upside down cakes bring the retro charm of the classic dessert in a personal-sized treat. With golden pineapple rings, gooey brown sugar glaze, and moist vanilla cake, they’re totally irresistible straight out of the oven!

Topping:
🧈 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
🍬 1/2 cup light brown sugar
🍍 6 pineapple rings, halved

Cake Batter:
