🧀 Parmesan Crusted Chicken – Crispy, Juicy & Bursting with Flavor!

This Parmesan Crusted Chicken is pan-fried (or oven-baked!) to golden perfection — juicy on the inside, crispy and cheesy on the outside. It’s the ultimate easy weeknight dinner or impressive meal for guests!

🛒 Ingredients

🍗 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs, pounded evenly)
🧂 Salt & pepper to taste
🥚 2 large eggs
🥛 2 tbsp milk or water
🧀 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (fresh is best)
🍞 3/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch)
🌿 1 tsp garlic powder
🌿 1/2 tsp paprika
🛢️ 3 tbsp olive oil or butter (for frying or drizzling)


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Chicken:
Pound chicken to even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.

2️⃣ Set Up Breading Station:
In one bowl, whisk eggs and milk.
In another, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and paprika.

3️⃣ Bread the Chicken:
Dip each piece into egg mixture, then coat in Parmesan breadcrumb mixture. Press firmly to adhere.

4️⃣ Cook It Up:
Pan-fry option: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F inside).
Oven-bake option: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place chicken on a wire rack over a baking sheet, lightly drizzle with oil or spray, and bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping once.

5️⃣ Rest & Serve:
Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Pair with a simple salad, pasta, or roasted veggies.
