  • 🍷 1/2 cup red wine (optional, or sub more broth)
  • 🌿 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 🌿 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 🌿 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 🍃 Fresh parsley, for garnish

👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

1️⃣ Brown the Beef
Toss beef cubes in flour, salt & pepper. Heat olive oil 🧈 in a skillet and brown beef on all sides. This adds deep flavor! (Optional but recommended.)

2️⃣ Layer the Slow Cooker
