- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

🍅 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
Spread about ½ cup marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2️⃣ Prepare the filling:

Roll up each noodle tightly, then place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.

Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the roll ups.
Sprinkle with the remaining ½ cup mozzarella cheese.
5️⃣ Bake:
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
