For the meatballs:
- 1 lb ground beef
- Β½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

For the spaghetti:
- 8 oz spaghetti, broken in half
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or pasta sauce
- 2Β½ cups water or beef broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil

1οΈβ£ Make the meatballs: In a bowl, mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Parmesan, seasoning, salt & pepper. Form into 12β14 small meatballs.
2οΈβ£ Set Instant Pot to SautΓ©. Add olive oil and brown meatballs for about 2 minutes (donβt cook fully). Remove and set aside.
3οΈβ£ Layer the ingredients:
- Break spaghetti in half and layer it in a crisscross pattern.
- Pour in the sauce, then the water or broth. Do not stir.
- Place meatballs on top.
4οΈβ£ Seal the lid and set to High Pressure for 8 minutes.
5οΈβ£ When done, quick release the pressure. Gently stir everything to combine and coat the pasta in sauce.
