  • 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1Β½-inch chunks

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 cup peas (optional, added at the end)
  • Optional: splash of red wine for richer flavor

1️⃣ Toss beef chunks with salt, pepper, and flour to lightly coat.
2️⃣ In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium-high. Brown beef in batches until golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.
