- 2 tbsp sugar

2️⃣ In a bowl, mix the sugar cookie dough with cinnamon. Press evenly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
3️⃣ In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then beat in vanilla.
4️⃣ Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
5️⃣ In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the cheesecake.
