๐Ÿ” Slow Cooker Amish Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti โ€“ Creamy, Cheesy, and So Easy! ๐Ÿง€

Tender chicken, rich cheese sauce, and hearty spaghetti โ€” slow-cooked to perfection. Just set it and forget it!

โญ Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies), undrained
  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • Optional: parsley or crushed Ritz for topping

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions:

1๏ธโƒฃ Layer the Slow Cooker:
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Top with cream of chicken soup, Rotel, cream cheese, chicken broth, and seasonings.

2๏ธโƒฃ Cook Until Tender:
Cover and cook on LOW for 6โ€“7 hours or HIGH for 3โ€“4 hours, until chicken is fully cooked and tender.

3๏ธโƒฃ Shred & Stir:
Once cooked, shred the chicken right in the slow cooker using two forks.
Add in cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.

4๏ธโƒฃ Add the Spaghetti:
Stir in your cooked spaghetti until fully coated in that cheesy goodness.

5๏ธโƒฃ Serve & Enjoy:
Top with parsley or buttery cracker crumbs if desired. Serve hot and get ready for second helpings!
