- ๐ 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- ๐ฅ 2 cups heavy cream
- ๐ง 1 1/2 cups chicken broth (or water + bouillon)
- ๐ง 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ๐ฟ 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ๐ฟ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1๏ธโฃ Sear the Shrimp:
Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook shrimp for 1โ2 minutes per side, until just pink. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add garlic and sautรฉ for 30 seconds.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
