๐Ÿค One Pan Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo โ€“ Creamy & Irresistible! ๐Ÿ˜‹

Tender shrimp, silky fettuccine, and a garlicky parmesan Alfredo sauce โ€” all cooked in one pan!

โญ Ingredients:

  • ๐Ÿค 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • ๐Ÿง‚ Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ๐ŸŒถ 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
  • ๐Ÿง„ 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ๐Ÿงˆ 2 tbsp butter
  • ๐Ÿฅ„ 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ๐Ÿ 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • ๐Ÿฅ› 2 cups heavy cream
  • ๐Ÿ’ง 1 1/2 cups chicken broth (or water + bouillon)
  • ๐Ÿง€ 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ๐ŸŒฟ 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ๐ŸŒฟ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions:

1๏ธโƒฃ Sear the Shrimp:
Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook shrimp for 1โ€“2 minutes per side, until just pink. Remove and set aside.

2๏ธโƒฃ Build the Base:
In the same pan, add garlic and sautรฉ for 30 seconds.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.

3๏ธโƒฃ Cook the Pasta:
Add fettuccine directly into the liquid. Stir occasionally and cook uncovered for 10โ€“12 minutes, or until the pasta is tender and sauce is slightly thickened.

4๏ธโƒฃ Finish the Sauce:
Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Let it melt into a creamy sauce.

5๏ธโƒฃ Combine & Serve:
Add shrimp back into the pan. Toss gently to coat everything in that creamy Alfredo goodness.
Garnish with chopped parsley and an extra sprinkle of Parmesan. Serve hot!
