- π 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- π₯ 2 cups heavy cream
- π§ 1 1/2 cups chicken broth (or water + bouillon)

- πΏ 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- πΏ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1οΈβ£ Sear the Shrimp:
Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook shrimp for 1β2 minutes per side, until just pink. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add garlic and sautΓ© for 30 seconds.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
