🍝 Instant Pot Spaghetti and Beef Meatballs – A One-Pot Comfort Classic!

Dinner in under 30 minutes? Yes please! This Instant Pot Spaghetti and Meatballs brings together tender, juicy beef meatballs and perfectly cooked spaghetti in a rich tomato sauce β€” all made in ONE pot. Less mess, more flavor, and maximum comfort!


πŸ“ Ingredients

For the meatballs:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Β½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

For the spaghetti:

  • 8 oz spaghetti, broken in half
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or pasta sauce
  • 2Β½ cups water or beef broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

1️⃣ Make the meatballs: In a bowl, mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Parmesan, seasoning, salt & pepper. Form into 12–14 small meatballs.

2️⃣ Set Instant Pot to SautΓ©. Add olive oil and brown meatballs for about 2 minutes (don’t cook fully). Remove and set aside.

3️⃣ Layer the ingredients:

  • Break spaghetti in half and layer it in a crisscross pattern.
  • Pour in the sauce, then the water or broth. Do not stir.
  • Place meatballs on top.

4️⃣ Seal the lid and set to High Pressure for 8 minutes.

5️⃣ When done, quick release the pressure. Gently stir everything to combine and coat the pasta in sauce.

6️⃣ Let sit 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with Parmesan and basil, if desired.
